Our Lake Ridge HOA Board wanted to update you on progress to-date with our 2026 HOA Membership Campaign.
As of May 1st we have 196 families that have submitted their 2026 HOA dues of $240. This is 69% participation thus far for our 285 home neighborhood. On behalf of our HOA Board, and all other families we want to say THANK YOU to those that have submitted their 2026 HOA dues payment. One interesting point is that 43 families have taken advantage of our online payment process, which is new for 2026.
We wanted you to be aware of an irrigation maintenance project for HOA common areas within Lake Ridge. Specifically, along brick walls from May Ave (by Earlywine Park), along Earlywine Boulevard (and medians), and down 104th street across to from Walmart.
Our HOA irrigation system was inspected / assessed and we uncovered many required maintenance items (heads, values and line breaks) that need to be addressed. You've most likely seen the flags in place along these areas. Those flags identify bad irrigation heads, broken values, leaking lines, etc.
Once our irrigation system is updated and repaired we can patch the bald spots with sod / seed and also do a few plantings along the boulevard. Sod to address bald spots along May Ave is tentatively scheduled for this weekend. It was important to confirm irrigation was ready before doing this work.
The good news is that we believe this update and repair project can positively impact future water cost (bringing it down). Our objective is to beautify our community, and manage HOA funds available effectively to accomplish this.
We will update you along the way of any additional updates outside this project. Feel free to email us any questions at [email protected].

About Us:
The Lake Ridge community, comprised of 285 single family homes, is located at the intersection of 104th and South May Ave (behind Crest foods) in south Oklahoma City. Lake Ridge is a vibrant and well maintained community.
We are served by Moore Public School district and are conveniently located by major shopping, as well as Earlywine YMCA, outdoor walking track and YMCA community pool and new outdoor Pickle Ball courts. We are close to grocery stores, great restaurants, and back up to Earlywine Golf Course.
There are three small lakes in the Lake Ridge addition. Homes with lakefront lots have access to catch and release fishing.
Our neighborhood is managed by two Associations: Home Owners Association (HOA), and Lake Owners Association (LOA). Additional Association dues are different for homes located on our lakes. These additional dues go toward maintaining the lakes.
Our HOA and LOA Boards are served by five (5) volunteers for each association. Our ARC (Architectural Review Committee) is comprised of the HOA and LOA Boards.
We are a friendly community with consistent and fair HOA rules enforcement (but not overbearing). This takes hard work , but is key to why our community looks so great (and not just the entrances)!
Our community is powered by volunteers, and there’s always opportunity for your involvement! Make Lake Ridge your home today!!
