You can make a payment conveniently and securely for “2026 Lake Ridge HOA Dues Payment”  with either a credit/debit card or a bank account. You may also submit a check for 2026 dues using the provided Dues invoice.

You may now pay your Lake Ridge HOA Annual Dues online. If you choose to do so there will be a small fee associated. Here are your options:

Use a credit card: Credit / Debit card fees are 3.2% + $0.80 for each transaction. Your Credit / Debit card will be billed $240.00 + $8.48 fee to equal total charge of $248.48.

Use a bank account: Bank account fee is 1.4%. Your bank account will be charged $240.00 + $3.36 fee to equal total charge of $243.36.
